Abstract

Islamic educational administration and supervision play an important role in establishing effective, efficient, and accountable educational governance. This article aims to describe the concept of Islamic educational administration, the function of educational supervision, and administrative implementation guidelines in educational activities. The study employed a qualitative approach using library research methods through the review of scientific sources, books, and relevant regulations. The findings indicate that Islamic educational administration is not merely a recording activity but also a process of managing educational resources, including planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating. Educational supervision serves as a coaching instrument to improve the performance quality of educators and educational staff. Systematic administrative implementation guidelines can support transparency, orderliness, and the improvement of educational service quality. Therefore, the integration of Islamic educational administration and supervision becomes a strategic factor in developing professional educational institutions oriented toward quality enhancement.
