Rekonstruksi Perancangan Model Supervisi Pendidikan Islam Berbasis Nilai Profetik: Kajian Teoretis dan Praktis

Abstract

Islamic education faces the challenge of improving teacher quality in the digital era, which requires the alignment of academic professionalism with spiritual values. This study aims to reconstruct an effective model of Islamic educational supervision grounded in prophetic values. The research employed a library research method using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation of primary and secondary sources and analyzed using in-depth qualitative content analysis. The findings reveal that an ideal model of Islamic educational supervision integrates the theological value of muraqabah (awareness of God's constant supervision) into four systemic stages: input, process (through the mechanisms of shura and muhasabah), output (professional teachers with Islamic character), and outcome (the enhancement of institutional quality). This model is guided by six fundamental principles: Islamic, democratic, humanistic, continuous, objective, and constructive. The study concludes that transforming educational supervision from a merely administrative monitoring function into a collegial and transformative approach grounded in prophetic values is essential. The proposed model offers practical guidance for school supervisors and madrasah principals in optimizing teachers' professional performance while preserving moral and spiritual values.
