Pengembangan Model Evaluasi Pembelajaran Fikih Kelas 4, 5 Dan 6 Berbasis Kompetensi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahut Thulab Brambang Karangawen Demak

This study is motivated by the importance of learning evaluation in education, particularly in Fiqh instruction at Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah), which should assess not only cognitive achievement but also students’ affective and psychomotor competencies in a comprehensive manner. The objective of this research is to develop a competency-based Fiqh learning evaluation model for Grade IV, V, and VI students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahut Thulab Brambang Karangawen Demak, and to examine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The findings indicate that the existing evaluation practices in Fiqh learning are still dominated by cognitive assessment through written tests, while affective and psychomotor assessments are not systematically implemented. The developed evaluation model integrates the three competency domains through written tests, observation sheets, performance rubrics for worship practices, and portfolios. Expert validation results categorized the model as feasible after revisions, while limited trials showed that the model is practical to use and capable of providing a more comprehensive picture of students’ competencies. Therefore, this evaluation model can serve as an alternative assessment system that is more objective, systematic, and aligned with competency-based evaluation principles in Fiqh learning.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya evaluasi pembelajaran dalam pendidikan, khususnya pada mata pelajaran fikih di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, yang seharusnya tidak hanya menilai aspek pengetahuan tetapi juga sikap dan keterampilan peserta didik secara komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model evaluasi pembelajaran fikih berbasis kompetensi pada kelas IV, V, dan VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahut Thulab Brambang Karangawen Demak serta menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran fikih yang dilakukan di madrasah masih didominasi oleh aspek kognitif melalui tes tertulis, sedangkan penilaian afektif dan psikomotorik belum dilaksanakan secara sistematis. Model evaluasi yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan ketiga ranah kompetensi melalui tes tertulis, lembar observasi, rubrik praktik ibadah, dan portofolio. Hasil validasi ahli menyatakan model layak digunakan setelah revisi, serta uji coba menunjukkan bahwa model bersifat praktis dan mampu memberikan gambaran kompetensi peserta didik secara lebih komprehensif. Dengan demikian, model evaluasi ini dapat menjadi alternatif penilaian pembelajaran fikih yang lebih objektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip evaluasi berbasis kompetensi.
